Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Relationship Manager with 1 to 6 years of experience to lead our Mutual Funds Collections team in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing relationships and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective strategies for mutual funds collections. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management or a related field. Strong knowledge of the BFSI sector, particularly mutual funds collections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd is an added advantage.
