Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Merchant OD. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities. Identify new business prospects and expand existing customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in Merchant OD. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including loans and deposits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
