Relationship Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP)

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. You will be responsible for managing the sourcing and servicing of Mortgage Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DSA (Direct Selling Agent) sourcing channels and a strong understanding of financial products within the mortgage space. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing new business opportunities for Mortgage Loans and LAP through DSA networks, managing end-to-end servicing of clients, responding promptly to client queries, liaising with internal departments for smooth loan processing, and monitoring market trends to enhance service offerings. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Mortgage Loan or LAP sales/servicing, possess strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, maintain a consistent career history with no significant education or job gaps, and be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Key skills required for this position include knowledge in Mortgage Loans, LAP, DSA Sourcing, Sales, Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Banking, and Customer Relationship Management.
