Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:

Acquire new-to-bank customers (especially salaried professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging HNIs).
Leverage internal and external leads, corporate tie-ups, and referral networks to generate business.

Relationship Management:

Build and manage long-term relationships with a portfolio of young professionals.
Regularly interact with clients to understand their banking and investment needs.

Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation:

Cross-sell a wide range of banking products including CASA, mutual funds, insurance, credit cards, personal loans, and investment services.
Meet or exceed monthly revenue and product targets.

Portfolio Management:

Ensure timely KYC compliance and documentation.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial planning discussions with clients.

Customer Experience:

Deliver best-in-class service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Address service issues and ensure timely resolution.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a flair for building relationships
Good understanding of banking and wealth management products
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:
Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred: BBA, MBA, or equivalent)
