Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Acquiring new customers through open markets, cross-selling, and relationships with builders and DSAs.
    • Achieving monthly and quarterly disbursement and fee income targets.
    • Identifying new markets and generating leads through local activities and outreach.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builder communities, and HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) clients.
    • Managing and growing the sales team (Direct Sales Team).
  • Operations & Compliance:

    • Collaborating with internal teams like credit, legal, and operations for smooth file processing and disbursal.
    • Ensuring accurate submission of customer financials, property documents, and compliance with regulatory norms.
    • Monitoring the loan portfolio, addressing customer queries, and resolving any issues that arise.
