Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management & Acquisition: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing NRI customers to increase wallet share.
  • Track NRI visits to India and proactively engage for portfolio reviews.
  • Acquire new NRI clients through referrals and Family Banking.
  • Financial Advisory & Cross-Selling: Provide tailored financial solutions including deposits, remittances, care, mutual funds, and wealth management products.
  • Educate clients on regulatory aspects (FEMA guidelines) and market trends.
  • Compliance & Service Excellence: Ensure adherence to KYC and FEMA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and deliver high-quality customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Any Graduate (Preferred specialization: Finance, Marketing, or International Business)
  • Candidate should be good with Malayalam OR Tamil Language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to strategize, negotiate, and build trust-based relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
