Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Acquisition: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing NRI customers to increase wallet share.
Track NRI visits to India and proactively engage for portfolio reviews.
Acquire new NRI clients through referrals and Family Banking.
Financial Advisory & Cross-Selling: Provide tailored financial solutions including deposits, remittances, care, mutual funds, and wealth management products.
Educate clients on regulatory aspects (FEMA guidelines) and market trends.
Compliance & Service Excellence: Ensure adherence to KYC and FEMA regulations.
Maintain accurate client records in CRM and deliver high-quality customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate (Preferred specialization: Finance, Marketing, or International Business)
Candidate should be good with Malayalam OR Tamil Language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to strategize, negotiate, and build trust-based relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
