The Relationship Manager will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate their financial planning and investment decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
Develop new client relationships through referrals and other channels.
Maintain and strengthen existing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Client Advisory & Query Resolution
Address client queries promptly and effectively.
Assist clients in allocating funds based on their financial goals and risk appetite.
Portfolio Review & Management
Conduct regular reviews of clients’ investment portfolios.
Suggest adjustments to align with changing market conditions and client objectives.
Market Awareness & Innovation
Stay updated on economic trends and financial markets.
Propose innovative ideas for product and service improvements.
Internal Collaboration
Participate in internal research briefings to understand niche investment products.
Contribute to discussions on enhancing service levels and client experience.
