Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, educators, and decision-makers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting Kids Age Newspaper, managing client relationships, and ensuring effective follow-ups for long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue through calls, emails, and social media campaigns.
• Connect with school principals, teachers, and other stakeholders to introduce and promote the newspaper.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with educational institutions.
• Manage sales pipeline through telesales and email marketing efforts.
• Handle client inquiries, process orders, and follow up for conversions.
• Create and maintain organized data files for school contacts and follow-ups.
• Focus on both client acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for data management) and internet research.
• Professional email communication skills and etiquette.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage data files effectively.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about working in the education sector.

Preferred Experience:
1–3 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or a similar role—preferably in the education or publishing sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
