We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-KCC to join our team in Erode, Tamil Nadu. As a Relationship Manager-KCC, you will be responsible for managing and growing the bank's relationships with farmers and agri-businesses in the rural areas of Erode. You will be the primary point of contact for these customers and will be responsible for providing them with a seamless banking experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and agri-businesses in the rural areas of Erode Understand the financial needs of these customers and provide them with suitable banking solutions Cross-sell various banking products and services to increase the bank's revenue Conduct regular visits to the customers' farms and businesses to understand their operations and provide personalized banking solutions Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications and disbursements Monitor and manage the credit portfolio of the agri customers to ensure timely repayments Collaborate with other departments within the bank to provide a holistic banking experience to the customers Stay updated with the latest developments in the agri sector and provide insights to the bank for product development and market positioning Requirements Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in agri-lending or relationship management in a bank or financial institution Strong understanding of the agri sector and its financial requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth Willingness to travel extensively within the rural areas of Erode If you are passionate about the agri sector and have a strong background in relationship management, we would love to have you on our team.
