Job Description

Hiring for one of our renowned client which is into insurtech who have a broker distribution network of over 30 offices across 25 cities and a partner network of 800+ locations with a customer base of 5 million.

Role: RM / SRM ; BDM / SBDM

Location: Eastern India

Experience: 1year relevant experience (Agency Model)

Job Responsibilities:

Have to manage a Team, Partners, and distributors by selling General Insurance Product in agency vertical
Recruit POSP (Point of Salesperson) and Generate Business
Develop POSP channel and drive the business with team through open market
Must Have Experience of GI - Motor Insurance product and retail sales
Sourcing new business through open Market through different channels
Executing all the sales planning and overseeing target allocation
Develop and maintain the contact with the Clients, Fulfilling the Leads, Implement and
develop the sales activities to achieve target
Directing the functions pertaining to Activation of Advisors, new business premium YOY
growth, persistency and business development
Developing relationships with sub-brokers for business development
Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating
relations with them for securing repeat business, ensuring quality delivery of services to the
clients
Providing technical service support to clients and resolving their issues / concerns
Enhancing the productivity and efficiency of the channel
Hiring and retaining talents for working in GI business
