Relationship Manager - Investments

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Understand client financial goals and provide expert guidance on investment opportunities, such as mutual funds, equities, or other products.
• Monitor and manage client portfolios, perform regular reviews, and adjust financial strategies as client needs change.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Prepare and present financial reports, performance evaluations, and investment summaries to clients.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities, acquire new clients, and grow the client base and assets under management (AUM).
• Drive sales and achieve business targets for investment products.
• Ensure all activities comply with financial regulations and company policies.
• Work with internal teams, such as sales, compliance, and product development, to provide seamless client service.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
