InsuranceDekho is an online platform that allows customers to compare and purchase insurance quotes from top-rated insurance companies. It covers a wide range of insurance types including Motor, Health, Life, and Travel insurance. The service is user-friendly, enabling customers to choose the type of policy they want, fill in the necessary details, compare quotes, make a payment, and receive their insurance policy seamlessly. InsuranceDekho aims to simplify the insurance buying process for its customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in West Godavari. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing them with suitable insurance solutions. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, explaining various insurance policies, assisting with claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Proactive communication and effective problem-solving are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong knowledge of insurance products and services across Motor, Health, Life, and Travel insurance
Experience in customer relationship management and client servicing
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client objections
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
