Relationship Manager Insurance

As a Relationship Manager for the Bancassurance Channel in Nagpur, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in driving insurance sales and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing and enhancing relationships with bank branches and channel partners under the Bancassurance vertical. - Driving sales of insurance products through designated bank partners to meet monthly and quarterly targets. - Providing product training, support, and motivation to channel partner staff. - Ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and fostering business retention. - Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement. To excel in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Bancassurance or Insurance Sales. - Strong communication and relationship management capabilities. - Graduation in any discipline, with an MBA being preferred. - Target-driven mindset with a good understanding of the market.
