Job Description

Relationship Manager (RM) Department: Sales Level: Executive/Sr Executive Location: Regional Branch Direct Reporting: Branch Sales Manager PURPOSE OF ROLE Toachieve sales targets for Home Loans/LAP through client engagement, lead conversion, and maintaining strong relationships with connectors, builders, and customers. KEY ACTIVITIES- Meet clients daily and update interactions in the system.- Convert leads into successful sales.- Coordinate with the BSM and ensure file sourcing.- Collect required documents (KYC, NOI, etc.) and get files ready for sanction.- Liaise with Credit, Legal, and Technical teams.- Execute marketing activities and campaigns for lead generation.- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. DISPLAY: KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Minimum1yearofexperience in HL/LAPsales.- Knowledge of the HomeLoanmarketandrelated compliance.- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.- Basic knowledge of MS Office.- Local area knowledge and product knowledge. COMPETENCIES Qualifications: Undergraduate or Graduate degree Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Home Loan/LAP: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
