We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-Individual to join our team in Bihar, India.As a Relationship Manager-Individual, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of individual clients within the rural banking sector. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new individual clients within the rural banking sector in Bihar, India
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial needs and providing them with personalized solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert guidance on financial products and services offered by the bank
• Meet and exceed sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling various banking products and services
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively identify opportunities for growth and retention
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of the rural banking sector in Bihar, India
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel within Bihar, India as needed
