Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing IFAs and actively onboard new IFAs within the Pune territory.
  • Drive sales of mutual fund schemes through IFAs by sharing market insights, delivering product presentations, and conducting knowledge sessions.
  • Conduct regular training, engagement activities, and joint calls to enhance IFA productivity.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets through structured planning and consistent follow-ups.
  • Provide end-to-end service support to IFAs by addressing queries, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining high partner satisfaction.
  • Promote and drive NFOs, product campaigns, and investment solutions across the IFA network.
