Job Description

This is an Individual Contributor Role
Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs
Ensure adherence to KYC documents as per the guidelines of the company
Ensure proper closure of disbursement documentation within the timeline.
Manage Sales & distributions through DSAs
Empanel new DSAs from market & Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs
Liasoning with Internal teams Credit, legal, technical, RCU & Operations
Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to customer & channel partners.
Experience in home loan/LAP/ mortgage and working in DSA vertical will be preferred

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification - Graduate / MBA
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Home Loan/LAP/Mortgage/DSA vertical etc.
Banking Product & Process Knowledge
Aggressive approach with Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
Sales and Influencing Skills
Relationship Management & Good influencing skills
