Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of affordable home loans and mortgage products. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for lead generation, sales fulfillment, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead generation through branding and marketing activities in catchment areas
Meet with clients, advise, and showcase company products and benefits
Sales fulfillment, pre- and post-sanction sales activities
Update and upkeep marketing and sales collaterals
Conduct promotional activities, group meetings, and presentations
Front-end interaction, field travel, and customer interface
Regular interaction with customers through meetings, site promotions, and presentations
Attend to walk-ins and visit clients at their place
Spearhead documentation and ensure fresh bounce collections

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in affordable home loans or mortgage loans
Strong sales and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Strong network and relationships with potential customers
