As a Relationship Manager-Group in the Retail Banking-Rural Banking unit, your role involves deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensuring top-notch service to customers. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, converting them into business opportunities, creating Joint Liability Groups, and managing them through various phases. Additionally, you will lead a team to drive client acquisition, foster household-level customer relationships, and maximize lifetime value in each relationship. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deepen the existing portfolio to enhance customer stickiness - Manage zoning activities to understand household needs in allocated villages and areas - Conduct end-user checks post disbursal of loans, meeting monthly and annual group loan booking targets - Evaluate client needs, generate revenue through cross-selling opportunities, and cater to their lifestyle and risk profile - Increase liabilities business penetration in Rural markets through lead generation and account opening - Meet individual and branch sales goals by acquiring new business, referrals, and retaining account relationships - Ensure high collections efficiency through disciplined processes and drive - Conduct field audits and customer verifications to maintain high-quality accounts - Stay updated with market intelligence, benchmark against competitors" best practices, and recommend growth strategies and process improvements - Manage a team of field officers, focusing on their development and retention - Implement livelihood advancement and community development initiatives **Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:** - Recruit and retain top talent for key roles in your reporting structure - Monitor employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates, making necessary improvements - Support teams in achieving growth targets effectively **Educational Qualifications:** - Graduate (Any) - Post Graduate (Optional) **Experience:** - 3-7 years of relevant Rural banking experience In your role as a Relationship Manager-Group, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships, driving business growth, and leading a team towards success in the Rural Banking sector.,
