Job Purpose:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients by identifying and acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
• Promote and sell Gold Loan products to customers, ensuring high conversion rates
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing and disbursement
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Gold Loan business
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines to ensure a safe and secure working environment
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Knowledge of Gold Loan products and services is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
