1)Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for their needs.
2) Retain existing clients by ensuring high levels of service and addressing any concerns.
3)Understand client goals and challenges, and recommend tailored products, services, or solutions.
4)Work closely with other teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to ensure clients' needs are met efficiently.
5)Monitor client performance, track sales, and provide regular reports to management on the status of client relationships.
6)Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide relevant insights and value to clients.
