Key Responsibilities:
- Source unsecured and secured business loans through open market channels.
- Achieve monthly targets for loan book size and borrower acquisition.
- Ensure timely disbursement of sourced loans by coordinating with internal teams.
- Actively manage collection for both fresh and existing loans.
Preferred Candidates:
- Banking/loan background (secured and unsecured)
- Experience in sourcing and managing loans
