Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with the company’s offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and at least 1 year of relevant experience in client handling or relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and suggest appropriate solutions and services. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and prompt resolutions. Identify business growth opportunities within the existing client base. Handle client queries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements effectively. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly. Meet assigned sales or service targets and contribute to team goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Relationship Manager or in a customer-facing role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
