Job Summary

As a Relationship Manager-First Wealth Pipeline, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and building long-term relationships. Your role will involve identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as deepening relationships with existing clients through cross-selling and up-selling of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the existing client base
  • Understand the financial needs and goals of clients and provide them with customized solutions
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively offer suitable products and services to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to provide a seamless and integrated customer experience
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position IDFC FIRST Bank's products and services
