Key Responsibilities

• Direct selling to customers through office/home visits.
• Attend leads/appointments allocated by the call center and generate revenue.
• Achieve self-sourcing sales targets.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, lead utilization, and conversions through LMS/MIS.

Job Requirements

• Qualification:

  Graduate (any discipline)

• Experience:

  Minimum 1 year in Sales (Life Insurance Direct Sales preferred)

• Skills:

  Proficiency in MS Excel, strong communication and relationship management skills.
