Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager (Banca), based in Ambala. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with banking partners and customers to drive health insurance sales. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, conducting product training for bank staff, identifying new opportunities to boost sales, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The role requires ensuring the delivery of the highest level of service to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain long-term commitment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills
• Sales acumen with proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong understanding of health insurance products and customer needs
• Proficiency in organizing and facilitating product training sessions
• Ability to work collaboratively with banking partners for effective business generation
• Experience in the financial or insurance industry is highly preferred
• A bachelor's degree in any field; a background in finance, sales, or related fields is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
