Job Description

As a Bancassurance Sales Executive at Future Generali India Life Insurance, collaborating with the Central Bank of India, your primary responsibility is to drive the sales of life insurance products through designated bank branches. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff and customers to achieve sales targets and enhance the bancassurance channel's performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets:

    Collaborate closely with Central Bank branch staff to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly life insurance sales goals.
  • Relationship Management:

    Develop and nurture effective relationships with bank personnel and customers to maximize cross-selling opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and pursue sales prospects from the bank's existing customer base, engaging potential clients to promote suitable life insurance solutions.
  • Customer Service:

    Understand customer needs, provide detailed information about policy benefits, and address any inquiries or concerns regarding insurance products.
  • Sales Process Management:

    Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including completing proposal forms, managing documentation, and ensuring timely premium collections in compliance with company policies.
  • Training and Support:

    Offer training and support to bank staff, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and tools to assist in insurance sales effectively.
  • Field Engagement:

    Conduct regular branch visits and client meetings to support sales activities, demonstrating a proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and business performance, providing regular reports to line management.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    At least 1 year of experience in bancassurance sales, preferably within the life insurance sector.
  • Age:

    Preferably up to 30 years.
  • Skills:

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with bank staff and engage customers.
  • Performance Orientation:

    Self-motivated and target-driven, with a focus on achieving and surpassing business objectives.
  • Local Expertise:

    Familiarity with the local market and language proficiency to effectively connect with the community.
  • Availability:

    Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary:

    Average annual salary of approximately ranging from 2 Lakhs to 3.25 Lakhs depending on experience and performance.
