Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Jodhpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, offering suitable insurance solutions, and maintaining detailed client records. The role also involves cross-selling and up-selling products, resolving client queries, and contributing to sales targets.
