Relationship Manager - Vijayawada

You will be responsible for ensuring that the targets of the location are met through effective planning and budgeting. Your role will involve devising strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets, with the aim to make Avanse a brand of first choice within our customer segment in the respective branch. Your main responsibilities will include: - Understanding the Educational Dynamics and Direct Channel network of Industrial Areas of the market. - Having a complete knowledge of the Education institutional loan market in terms of business numbers, business practices, and new initiatives. - Thorough understanding of documents at different stages of the loan approval process. - Collaborating with credit and collections for driving business in spoke locations. - Directing and carrying out sales-related activities and initiatives rolled out from time to time. - Acting as a SPOC for the branch related activities for SIL business and working closely with the collection team to ensure healthy portfolio quality. - Monitoring and improving the conversion ratio of appointment login, Login Sanction, Sanction Disbursement. - Ensuring the Daily Sales Report (DSR) is filled on a daily basis. - Maintaining and improving the Turnaround Time (TAT) of sanction and disbursement. Your deliverables will include: - Target achievement on disbursements. - Target achievement on monthly collection efficiencies across buckets. - Updating DSR on a daily basis. - Expanding active relationships and penetration in them. To be eligible for this role, you should have experience in sales of any financial product (HL/BL/LAP/Auto Loan) and knowledge of the Lending Business, especially Education Institution Loan, could be an additional advantage.,
