Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Avanse Financial Services, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the targets of the location are met through effective planning and budgeting. You will be required to devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and strive to make Avanse a brand of first choice within our customer segment in the respective branch. Your role will involve understanding the Educational Dynamics and Direct Channel network of Industrial Areas of the market. You must have a comprehensive knowledge of the Education institutional loan market in terms of business numbers, business practices, and new initiatives. It is essential to have a thorough understanding of documents at different stages of the loan approval process. Collaboration with credit and collections teams for driving business in spoke locations will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for directing and carrying out sales-related activities and initiatives rolled out from time to time. Acting as a single point of contact for branch-related activities for SIL business, you will work closely with the collection team to ensure a healthy portfolio quality. Monitoring and improving the conversion ratio of appointment login, Login Sanction, and Sanction Disbursement will be crucial for your success in this role. Ensuring that the Daily Sales Report (DSR) is filled on a daily basis is a mandatory task. You will also play a significant role in maintaining and improving the Turnaround Time (TAT) of sanction and disbursement processes. Your deliverables will include achieving targets on disbursements and monthly collection efficiencies across different buckets. Updating the Daily Sales Report (DSR) on a daily basis and expanding active relationships while increasing penetration will also be key expectations. To be eligible for this position, you should have sales experience in any financial product (HL/BL/LAP/Auto Loan). Knowledge of the Lending Business, especially Education Institution Loan, could be an additional advantage that will be beneficial in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
