Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Nashik. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their home finance needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, processing loan applications, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and servicing of loans.

• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Experience in loan processing and financial services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Proficient in using financial software and tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior experience in the home finance industry is a plus
• Minimum 12th pass / any graduate
