Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team in Bangalore to promote and sell Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in financial field sales, preferably in LAP or mortgage loans, and must own a two-wheeler. The role involves client acquisition, documentation, and regular field visits.

· Source and acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) through field visits and cold calls

· Understand customer needs and provide suitable loan solutions

· Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement

· Collect and verify required documents from customers

· Maintain regular follow-up with clients for conversion

· Achieve monthly sales targets

· Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships

· Submit daily reports and market feedback to the reporting manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
