Role & responsibilities
Office job, no Field Work.
Its an outbound process.
They will be calling on the leads(Interested Customer) shared by the company.
They will be briefing the customer about the product benefit.
They will be convincing the customers to renew the health insurance policy.
They will have to achieve the Given sales targets.
Preferred candidate profile :
Candidate should have experience in Telesales
Candidate should have good customer support experience & convincing power.
Candidate should be sharp in pitching policy to customers and should be presentable.
Minimum experience should be at least 6 month in sales.
BPO experienced candidates can be considered.
