Job Description

AGENCY CHANNEL

Note :

1) Apply only who is fit in CTC.

2) Candidates required from Travel to above mentioned location.

Key responsibilities

Strategy and planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies for the agency channel to achieve growth targets.
Partner management:
Recruit, build, and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, and negotiate contracts.
Performance monitoring:
Set and track sales targets for partners, analyze performance data, and provide feedback to improve results.
Training and support:
Provide ongoing training and support to agency partners to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Market analysis:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities to adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

Graduate/MBA with 1-5years of experience in sales/distribution, Banking, or Insurance.

CTC: Upto 4 LPA

LOCATION: Pune/Sangali/ Kolhapur
