Relationship Manager - Affordable Housing

You will be responsible for selling Affordable Housing products as per the AH strategy to achieve branch goals. This includes managing relationships with DSAs, connectors, and individual leads, as well as monitoring the distribution network and planning sales promotion activities. You will also handle documentation and provide customer support for loan applications, ensuring coordination with support functions for timely service delivery and updates to customers on loan status. Promoting a culture of customer satisfaction is key, along with maintaining databases, MIS, and regular reporting. Additionally, cross-selling insurance and related products will be part of your responsibilities. The compensation structure for this role includes a fixed salary, incentives, and travel allowance.
