Job Title: Relationship Executive

· Location: Greater Noida (NX One Office)

· Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

· Department: Designer Relations C Event Coordination

· Reporting To: Branch Manager / Operations Head

World Designing Forum, India’s largest fashion designer community, is looking for a dynamic and confident Relationship Executive to manage communication and coordination with fashion designers across India. The role involves end-to-end interaction with designers — from the first welcome call to final event participation — ensuring smooth operations, professional follow-ups, and accurate data management.

ü Communicate effectively with fashion designers regarding upcoming WDF events, competitions, and initiatives.

ü Make welcome calls to new designers and guide them through registration and onboarding.

ü Conduct follow-up and closing calls for ongoing projects like National Designer Awards and Indian Couture League.

ü Maintain and update designer data accurately in Excel sheets and internal software.

ü Share event details, payment information, and participation guidelines with assigned designers.

ü Coordinate between internal teams (operations, creative, and accounts) for smooth communication flow.

ü Handle designer queries with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.

ü Support marketing and promotional activities by engaging designers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

ü Submit daily call reports and performance updates to the management team.

Skills s Qualifications:

ü Bachelor’s degree in any field (Fashion, Marketing, or Communication preferred).

ü Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, any other language is a plus.

ü Confident in phone and WhatsApp communication.

ü Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data handling.

ü Pleasant personality with good convincing and relationship management skills.

ü Prior experience in tele-calling, customer relations, or event coordination will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule:

Office Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Location: NX One, Techzone 4, Greater Noida West.
