Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your core responsibilities will include effectively managing the sales process to drive the numbers and achieve business targets for home loans and cross-selling opportunities. You will play a crucial role in enhancing client relationships, retaining and expanding the customer base, and maximizing sales through a network of DSA, connector, and builder relationships. Developing strong liaisons with clients for repeat business and referrals will be essential, along with identifying new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets. You will be responsible for ensuring that files are processed efficiently from the login stage to disbursement by liaising with internal departments such as Operations and Credit. Additionally, you will play a key role in sales planning and team management, optimizing team productivity, and aligning with the team on lead generation activities. Leading and supervising the team of relationship managers through training, motivation, and deployment strategies will be crucial to meet business targets and profitability. Staying informed about market trends and competitor intelligence will be a key aspect of your role to develop effective sales and marketing strategies. Your insights into the markets, competition, processes, and available products will be valuable in providing feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Ensuring compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, processes, policies, and reports will also be a part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Graduate or Masters/Postgraduate degree.,
