Job Description

As a Sales Executive for home loans, your role involves driving sales and achieving business targets by building strong relationships with prospective clients. Your core responsibilities include: - Proactively reaching out to potential clients, explaining the home loan process, and setting correct expectations - Managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle by analyzing client requirements, providing advice, negotiating commercially, and ensuring timely disbursement of loans - Achieving the budgeted sales target from designated regions on a monthly basis - Effectively managing connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business connections - Converting digital leads to sanction and disbursement - Organizing and tracking all potential leads while maintaining proper MIS - Identifying and developing new builder/channel relationships in existing/new markets to increase business - Having a strong understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products available to provide feedback to the central product and policy team - Managing internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction - Ensuring compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations Qualifications required for this role: Graduate/Post Graduate,
