Job Description

As a Sales Executive in our company, your role will involve driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective clients to ensure business continuity. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to potential clients and explain the entire process of home loans while setting correct expectations. - Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle by tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering advice, negotiating commercially, and ensuring timely disbursement of loans. - Achieve the budgeted sales target from the designated regions on a monthly basis. - Effectively manage connector and builder relationships to ensure a strong business network. - Ensure that digital leads are converted to sanction and disbursement. - Organize and track all potential leads and maintain proper MIS. - Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships in existing/new markets to increase business. - Maintain a strong understanding of the markets, competition, process, and products available, providing positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. - Manage internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations.
