Relationship Executive - Retail Sales - Direct & DSA - Housing - EM - Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring business targets are achieved. Building strong relationships with prospective clients will be crucial for ensuring business continuity. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to potential clients and explain the entire process of home loans while setting correct expectations. - Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle by tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering advice, negotiating commercially, and ensuring timely disbursement of loans. - Achieve the budgeted sales target from the designated regions on a monthly basis. - Effectively manage connector and builder relationships to ensure a strong business network. - Convert digital leads to sanction and disbursement. - Organize and track all potential leads and maintain proper MIS. - Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships in existing/new markets to increase business. - Have a strong understanding of the markets, competition, process, and products available in the markets. Provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. - Manage internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations.
