Job Title: Relationship Executive Home Loan Sales

Location: Thane & Kalyan

Salary: Up to 16,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome

Job Role & Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads for home loan sales.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their loan requirements.

Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and process to clients.

Achieve monthly sales targets through field visits, telecalling, and references.

Coordinate with internal teams and banks/NBFCs for loan processing.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum Graduate (any stream).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for sales and customer relationship management.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Candidates from BFSI (Banking/Financial Services) sales background preferred, but not mandatory.

Freshers with strong enthusiasm for sales are encouraged to apply.
