Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Executive, located in Durgapur. The Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, providing information about stem cell banking services, and understanding customer needs. Responsibilities may include organizing educational sessions, representing Cryoviva at events, and supporting clients with the enrollment process. The role also involves achieving sales targets, generating leads, and maintaining records of customer communication and feedback for continuous improvement.

• Capability in sales, client engagement, and lead generation
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating client records
• Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to conduct presentations and represent the company at events professionally
• A proactive attitude and a customer-centric mindset
• Prior experience in healthcare or related industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in local languages and an understanding of the regional market is beneficial
