Relationship Branch Head - Retail Branch Banking

As a Relationship Manager in the banking and investments sector focusing on High Net Worth Individuals (HNI), your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing the banking and investments relationship with clients, aiming for the overall growth of Liabilities & Investment business from the HNI segment. - Leading and supervising a team of Relationship Managers to ensure efficient operations. - Increasing CASA balance in the assigned portfolio through either Deepening or Acquisition of New-To-Bank (NTB) Customers. - Proactively identifying potential problem accounts and devising appropriate risk mitigating strategies. - Handling customer migration between segments, sub-segments, and the HNI business effectively. - Enhancing portfolio profitability by utilizing various multi-channel delivery strategies, including managing customer migration to electronic banking channels. - Building and nurturing HNI customer relationships by delivering service levels that exceed client expectations. - Ensuring all sales activities are accurately recorded online following the organizational process (CRM). - Developing new relationships and expanding existing High Net Worth Customer relationships for liabilities and retail assets. - Keeping customers informed about new products or enhancements to strengthen the banking relationship. - Seizing and maximizing business opportunities through detailed client profiling in accordance with the organizational process (CRM). - Demonstrating a solid understanding of KYC, AML guidelines, and adherence to Bank policies and guidelines. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum 3-4 years of experience with a reputable financial services brand. - Strong comprehension of retail liabilities and asset products. - Familiarity with third-party products. - Experience in portfolio acquisition and management.,
