You will provide regulatory affairs expertise for technical regulatory developments and help in responses to challenges and crisis management. In this role, you will ensure that ingredients, product composition, claims and labelling compliance are within applicable regulations and company policies. In addition, you will provide guidance to stakeholders on developments in regulatory affairs, support regulatory impact assessments and change management, help develop regulatory affairs tools, and further develop your knowledge of regulatory, science and nutrition risks and opportunities in your market.

In this role, you will ensure that ingredients, product composition, claims and labelling compliance are within applicable regulations and company policies to enable the development, manufacture, and sale of Mondel z products in Asia Pacific region in line with local laws . In addition, you will provide guidance to stakeholders on developments in regulatory affairs, support regulatory impact assessments and change management, help develop regulatory affairs tools, and further develop your knowledge of regulatory, science and nutrition risks and opportunities in your market.

Education / Certifications:
7 to 10 years of experience in Regulatory or related field at a global food manufacturer .
Bachelors or equivalent in relevant field (Food Science or Nutrition preferred) Strong attention to detail with a passion to advance regulatory compliance technical skills
Good knowledge of national Food law regulations for and International Standards ( eg Codex , FSANZ ) is preferred .
Technology savvy and willing to work with new system testing and transferring knowledge and experience into SOPs, Job Aids and Toolsheets
Job specific requirements:
- Manages multiple regulatory project activities and Compliance Reviews of ingredients, product formulations and finished goods and artworks using SAP PLM sy stem and other digital tools for key Asia Pacific markets within specific timelines.
- Identifies and escalates risks and issues in set weekly operations governance meeting and drives resolution as needed .
- Take personal responsibility for personal growth, driving team collaboration, and finding new, improved, and simpler ways to work.
- Collaborate and drive various processes and functions within RD&Q to include Process/Product/Package Development, Research, Quality, Regulatory & scientific affairs .
- Completes Weekly Resource Calculator and Task Completion Tracker for Performance Evaluation
- Conducts regular review of SOPs, Job Aids and Activity Checklist for alignment to current ways of working.
