Regulatory Litigation and Contracts - Renewables

Role Overview: As an Advisory Support, your main responsibility will be to provide legal support on contractual risks, regulatory issues, and probable litigations. You will be required to suggest the way forward to address these issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, review, and implement standardized templates for various agreements including PPA, EPC, O&M, BOP, WTG, and Module Supply agreements. - Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts such as PPA, EPC, O&M, BOS, BOP, NDAs, BGs, ELs. You will also be supporting Project Star and other potential transactions. - Manage ongoing litigations by preparing research notes, supporting strategy finalization, exploring settlements, and engaging the right counsel effectively. - Reduce the cost of litigations, ensure commercial settlements where feasible, and minimize contractual risks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field. - Proven experience in providing legal support on contractual matters and litigations. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
