Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers with registration processes.
• Documentation: Handle all paperwork related to vehicle registration, including verifying documents and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Coordination: Liaise with government authorities and agencies to facilitate the registration process.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all registrations and related transactions.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to vehicle registration.
• Compliance: Ensure all registration activities comply with local laws and regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on registration activities to management.

Qualifications:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Attributes: Customer service-oriented, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
