Join Our Team: University Registrar

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our founding team as the University Registrar. The Registrar will play a crucial role in establishing and overseeing the administration of student records, registration processes, and academic policies, ensuring the smooth operation of our academic programs from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement student enrollment and registration processes

• Establish and maintain accurate and secure student records

• Oversee the creation and implementation of academic policies and procedures

• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards

• Support the development of academic advising and scheduling systems

• Lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of registrar services

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in academic administration, preferably in a registrar/ assistant registrar role

• Strong understanding of student records management and academic policies

• Can be from a law background

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams

• Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive academic environment
