Registered Pharmacist

Pharmacist Job Description ·        Reviewing and filling prescriptions. ·        Managing cash and credit transactions. ·        Depositing cash daily. ·        Achieving Inventory Planning and Control to ensure sufficient stock for immediate order fulfilment, coordinating daily with the Regional Purchase Team. ·        Ensuring stock does not exceed expiry dates, maintaining FIFO hygiene. ·        Updating daily sales to Area Managers during closings. ·        Maintaining optimal stock levels (Short-Excess management). ·        Maintaining Medicine Requirement Register and coordinating with Sales/Purchase Team for fulfilment. ·        Communicating with medical professionals regarding patient medications. ·        Exercising full control over medicine delivery, stocking, and labelling. ·        Listening attentively to customers to understand their needs and issues, providing information and advice. ·        Keeping records of patient history and all activities involving medications. ·        Staying informed of medical advancements through conferences, seminars, and collaborations. ·        Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures. ·        Demonstrating excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. ·        Maintaining a positive attitude towards assigned work. ·        Adhering to a well-dressed appearance and wearing an apron during working hours. ·        Contacting the warehouse directly in case of emergency related to stock or other issues. ·        Maximizing the use of generic medicines. ·        Preferentially containing one brand per product. ·        Maintaining a 15-day stock of running inventory items.
