Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Kozhikode, Kerala. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including pre-operative and post-operative care, assisting in surgical procedures, and maintaining patient records. Responsibilities also include administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, including pre-operative, post-operative, and trauma care.
• Proven experience assisting in surgical procedures with attention to detail and precision.
• Strong skills in record-keeping, documentation, and maintaining patient health records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare safety protocols, medication administration, and infection control practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with professionalism and empathy.
• Active nursing license (Kerala Nursing Council License) is required.
• Prior experience in orthopaedic care or a related specialty is a strong advantage.
• Basic computer and documentation skills are beneficial.
