Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Registered Education Business Partner (Independent Platform Role). Responsibilities include providing personalized educational and professional development support to individuals and organizations. This may involve delivering academic tutoring, creating and managing customized learning plans, offering career coaching, or conducting corporate training sessions. The role requires building strong relationships with learners, assessing their goals, and implementing tailored solutions to help them achieve success.

Qualifications

• Academic subject proficiency and tutoring skills in disciplines such as Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies
• Expertise in career coaching, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and corporate training
• Experience and knowledge in physical fitness coaching, mental health education, stress management, and work-life balance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote role and manage multiple clients effectively
• Proficiency in delivering virtual, hybrid, and in-person educational sessions
• Knowledge of additional languages like French or Indonesian is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or related fields is preferred
• Passion for teaching, lifelong learning, and empowering others to achieve their full potential is essential
